At LeeshPrint, every item is made to order and customised specifically for you. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we operate a strict return policy as outlined below.
1. Custom & Personalised Items
All products are printed on demand and created specifically to your order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Incorrect colour selected by the customer
• Spelling errors or design errors approved at checkout
• Unwanted gifts
Please ensure all sizing, spelling, colours, and design details are carefully checked before placing your order.
2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund items if:
• The product arrives damaged
• The print is defective
• The wrong item was sent
• The design differs from what was approved
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• A description of the issue
If approved, we will:
• Reprint and resend the item at no extra cost, or
• Issue a full refund where appropriate
3. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
4. Sizing Responsibility
We provide size guides on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to check measurements before ordering. We do not offer exchanges due to incorrect sizing.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and resolve accordingly.
